Additional Notes on our Transportable Houses
- J2 Homes Transportables come ready for stopping and painting with all internal plumbing and electrical complete.
- The kitchen units are fitted and include oven, hobb, dishwasher and range hood.
- Marley Spouting is supplied but not installed. All joinery is double glazed.
- P Series Standard Cladding is James Hardie 180 Smooth Plank and Axon Board.
- C Series Standard Cladding is James Hardie 180 Smooth Plank and Axon Board.
- Sea Spray zones require some upgrades.
- Prices based on high wind zone only.
- Transport and piling costs within a 100k radius of Waihi is $8,500.00 on a flat site (excludes pile connections and bracing).
- Transport and piling costs to other areas price on application.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange all necessary building and/or resource consents for the relocation of the house onsite and this needs to be done prior to transportation to site and whether piles are standard or driven.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to clearly peg and spray dazzle marking the four corners where the house is to sit.
Payments: $3,000.00 (non-refundable) deposit for draughting of a full set of plans, and progress payments to be paid in full prior to delivery.
